CANCELLATION POLICY

By registering for ottomun 2020, you agree to the following cancellation terms:

By submitting a registration for ottomun, you are confirming your attendance. We immediately begin to make preparations in order to make your experience as smooth as possible. These preparations include reserving your hotel accommodation and ordering you conference materials like placards and delegate folders. For this reason, the closer we get to the conference date, the smaller amount of refund we can offer you if you decide to withdraw or cancel your registration. ottomun will be processing delegate withdrawals and cancellations based on the date when the request is made. Refunds will be made as follows unless otherwise authorized in writing:

Cancellations made less than 45 days before the conference due to medical issues, force majeure, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We are able to offer a maximum 50% refund for delegates who provide adequate verification of such circumstances
